Through Kudowa Zdrój runs a system of bicycle routes connected with similar routes on the other side of the border on the area of the Czech Republic. A tourist on a mountain bike ( because some routes go along forest paths ) can visit beautiful places for example: Obniżenie Kudowskie, or the Stołowe Mountains and on the Czech side: the Metuja valley called “Hell " or Skalne Miasto on Ziemia Broumowska.
